When I hear shop safety I automatically think about the table saw and ways I can be safer working with it.

About 8 months ago I was looking for a new extension cord. I was tired of unwinding a new extension cord every time I needed one. And I need one every time I work in the shop. Running new outlets just wasn't an option as my shop is part of a rental house.

It is always an exciting time when I get a new tool for the shop. No matter how big, small, significant, or insignificant it is. After struggling with the miter gauge that came with my DeWalt  table saw for many years I decided it was time to upgrade.
