WHAT'S GOING IN OUR SHOP
Jeremy - I am actually not in the shop… I am doing computer work for the company.
Drew - Currently, finishing up the murphy bed staining and I will be spraying it with lacquer on Monday. Closing two more contracts tomorrow, and working on plans for two more potentials. Repaired a kitchen cabinet door that had a broken stile and just came back from a yard ornament install that had to be mounted in brick. I also have a talk at the SWW Lollygag in OKC this Saturday.
Sam - 3 tables
Rob - currently in my shop I am working on an oval table top, Finishing a table. Working on some custom signs for some friends on my Cnc including a shop sign for Papiswoodshop who just redesigned his logo
- Hey I’m a huge fan of your podcast. I never get tired of you guys! So here’s my question: I went to a woodworking show in Columbus, Ohio a couple of weeks ago. I sat through a seminar that Bill Bush taught about proper sanding and finishing. He talked about what all the numbers mean on the back of a sheet of sandpaper. Apparently there are different types. I figured maybe you guys could elaborate on different types of sandpaper you guys like to use and what sanding techniques you employ. Thanks for reading! -Dillon of Dillon’s Woodworking
P.S. I’d like to give a shoutout to C.R. Lumber. They have an excellent selection of domestic and exotic Woods. They also specialize in figured woods. I encourage all of you guys to check them out!

The first several were a little rough, which wa expected for just starting. The podcast continued to get better and I have now caught up and listened to all of them.”
