QUESTIONS

Voicemails from: Jose Hernandez (TaylorToolsLLC) & Joe from South Florida

Hi guys, I finally jumped in and picked up a used table saw off of craigslist to go along with the miter saw I inherited, and I bought a few hand planes to smooth out any mill marks from lumber I pick up at a local provider by me. I'm thinking I'm going to start with a few hardwood boxes as groomsmen gifts, and then branch out from there. I've been watching videos of how to make some shooting boards and table saw sleds recently, and think I'm going to start there. My question is: In a past episode I remember one of your listeners recommending a website to pick up "factory blemished" measuring tools and squares, but I cant seem to find the link. Could you remind me which episode it was in? I'd like to make sure all my cuts are dead on 45 or 90 degrees. Thanks a lot, and keep up the good work. Dalton Fowler

KICKBACK

Voicemail - Sandra & Chris

You guys inspired me to make my first cutting boards ever! My gateway drug is turning pens, so pen blanks were used for both. Thanks for inspiring me, especially to Sam (girl power!)! They are tiny and perfect for a single piece of fruit. I've used the brown one a couple times - I love it! Thanks a lot for being the feather that knocked me over to do this! I enjoy your podcast and am clearly inspired. Thank you so much and keep it up!! Sarah

Your podcast is so addictive, I laugh so hard and I learn so much that I just have to keep coming back for more! Bear Creek Woodworking

Thank you for the awesome words and picking my cutting board! Feels amazing to hear you guys talk about my personal work like that! The burning took about 4 hours to do. Bottom of my heart thanks guys! Brent Barloon

Hi guy's. This was my first contest ever... I was so close :-) Don't worry about pronunciation for you guys is almost impossible:-) I aslo have a videos of making boards in that design on my channel. Thanks for hosting this contest. Best of luck. Uros Smrdel
