As a small business we have to abide by certain restrictions. Unfortunately, one of those restrictions is who we can allow to enter into the giveaways we host. The United States is pretty simple on our giveaway laws, Canada is a little more restrictive but overall very easy to follow. We do not have the resources to research all the laws associated with all the other countries. Nor do we have the time to make sure we are abiding by all those laws. Some countries are very restrictive and others are not, but that would require me to make sure I am abiding by all the laws of each individual country. Then win I pick a winner I would have to make sure that the winner is someone from a country that we can giveaway something too.
So it is not that I do not like my overseas viewers, because I really do appreciate y'all. It is just at this moment, as a small business (my wife and I) we would be spending more time on the giveaways and less time running the business and publishing content.
